1. Only supports Android or iOS. Does not support computers, Macs, NVR systems, Blue Iris, or any third-party software.

Schedule working time and Instant Alerts
You can schedule the working time feature as you want, and set the camera to work only during certain hours, You will receive an alert message upon motion detected and be directed to the alert video page to see what was happening around your home.
Share the Access with Your Family
The outdoor camera can be shared with up to 10 family members at the same time, which is convenient to share with your family members for happy moments or to take care of kids, elders, or pets anywhere.
Note: The shared users have to register an account in Soliom+ APP first.

Soliom solar security camera comes with a nano-SIM card prepaid 300 MB free data for a trial. Cellular data plans for the prepaid SIM card from USD14.90/month to USD199.9/year per camera, or you can use your added line of your phone SIM card.Data plan from AT&T or T-Mobile are recommended.
You need to buy the cellular data plan for your camera after the data is running out.
Steps to set up the camera:
1. Insert the Nano-SIM (Included) into the SIM card slot of the camera.
2. Download Soliom+ APP.
3. Turn on the camera and wait for the led status to turn blue (be careful to distinguish the SIM card slot and SD card slot)
4. Use Soliom+ APP to scan the QR code on the body of the camera
5. Follow the user manual to finish the initial setup

Returns for a Refund
If you are not fully satisfied with your Soliom, your product may be returned for any reason within 90 calendar days.
All returns must be in new and unused condition and in original packaging. Soliom LLC reserves the right to refuse a refund for any returns of damaged or used cases. Any refund issued will be for the purchase price only and will not include the initial shipping charges.You may return or exchange your products within 14 days of receiving them. A restocking fee of 15% + all return shipping cost may apply to any returned soliom camera.
Please allow up to 15 business days after receipt of your return for your credit to be issued to the same account used for the original purchase. You will receive an email confirmation of the credit once it has been issued.
All products that were NOT purchased on soliom.net should be returned to the original place of purchase.
Exchanges
If you ordered the wrong product, we encourage you to go onto to our website and order the correct product. At your convenience, please return your incorrectly ordered product in it's original box. In order to return an item to us, contact us at care@soliom.net with your proof of purchase from our website, i.e. your receipt, email order confirmation or order number, and details of the reason for the return. Once we receive your product in good working order, we will process your refund. Soliom LLC will make every attempt to accommodate, but does not guarantee domestic exchange for customer order errors. International exchanges will not be accommodated for customer order errors.
Cancellation Policy
Orders cannot be canceled if they have already been fulfilled.

Soliom LLC agrees to use reasonable efforts and reasonable methods to resolve any disputes or discrepancies that arise regarding your order. As part of the dispute resolution process, you also acknowledge and agree that you as the Authorized User or the Card hold will not initiate any chargeback or claim procedure with our Merchant Bank or your creditor without first contacting Soliom LLC and providing us the opportunity to resolve the claim or dispute, even if we were ultimately unable to provide a resolution.
