Camera Siren Alert

QA:

Q1: Why do I fail to connect the camera to the App? 
A: 1.Please make sure the camera is powered on with a flashing blue LED. If not,please try to double press the power button or charge the camera for 6-8 hours firstly.
 2.Make sure your camera, phone, and router are in the same room and the distances between each other are no more than 10 inches.

3.Make sure your mobile device is well connected with your 2.4g Wi-Fi router network

4.Make sure you input the correct Wi-Fi password to connect your camera to your router as stated on manual Page 8.


 Q2: When I installed the camera outside on the wall, why I can not see the live streams from my mobile phone or sometimes it’s loaded slowly? 
A: 1. Please check the Wi-Fi signal strength from the setting in the App. 
 It is recommended to be Excellent or Good,if it's weak, we suggest to add a Wi-Fi extender between your router and camera.

2. Reboot your router to refresh your Wi-Fi connection.


Q3: Why I cannot receive any notification after I finished connecting the camera with the App?
A:1.Click the icon and click "Notification Setting" in App to make sure you turn on the Push function.
2. Check your mobile settings to allow Soliom Pro app sending out notifications,it is suggested to click “Allow” when you download the Soliom Pro app and during the pairing process of your camera with App as stated on Page 6.     

3. Please make sure you choose the right “country/region” as United State when you register your account so that you could receive proper notifications from the right server.

                                                                                

 Q4: How long does the battery work on a single charge? 
A: 1. If you set your motion detection duration for 10s and triggers 20 times a day on average, the camera may work up to 2 to 3 months.

2. Battery saving tips are:

Set the motion detection duration as default 10 seconds.

Reduce unnecessary live view times and duration.

Reduce unnecessary alarm siren times.

Do not install the camera at a busy area so as to reduce motions to activate the camera.


Q5: If the camera disconnects, will camera connect itself back to Wi-Fi automatically?
A:1. Yes, the camera will try to re-connect itself with the Wi-Fi in every 1,2,4,8.... minutes immediately until every 1 hour if there's a long disconnection with your router Wi-Fi for saving battery power purpose.

Returns for a Refund

If you are not fully satisfied with your Soliom, your product may be returned for any reason within 90 calendar days.

All returns must be in new and unused condition and in original packaging. Soliom LLC reserves the right to refuse a refund for any returns of damaged or used cases. Any refund issued will be for the purchase price only and will not include the initial shipping charges.You may return or exchange your products within 14 days of receiving them. A restocking fee of 15% + all return shipping cost may apply to any returned soliom camera.

Please allow up to 15 business days after receipt of your return for your credit to be issued to the same account used for the original purchase. You will receive an email confirmation of the credit once it has been issued.

All products that were NOT purchased on soliom.net should be returned to the original place of purchase.

Exchanges

If you ordered the wrong product, we encourage you to go onto to our website and order the correct product. At your convenience, please return your incorrectly ordered product in it's original box. In order to return an item to us, contact us at care@soliom.net with your proof of purchase from our website, i.e. your receipt, email order confirmation or order number, and details of the reason for the return. Once we receive your product in good working order, we will process your refund. Soliom LLC will make every attempt to accommodate, but does not guarantee domestic exchange for customer order errors. International exchanges will not be accommodated for customer order errors.

Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be canceled if they have already been fulfilled.

Soliom LLC agrees to use reasonable efforts and reasonable methods to resolve any disputes or discrepancies that arise regarding your order.
