We ship worldwide on all our products. If you live in the United States, expect delivery within 7-15 Days. All other countries outside the United States, allow up to 15-30 Days for Delivery.
Express Delivery for Non – US Residents
We offer 3 – 15 Business Day delivery for Non-US bound orders. If you would like this option, a $30.00 Flat Fee applies. Please select expedited shipping when placing your order.
Returns for a Refund
If you are not fully satisfied with your Soliom, your product may be returned for any reason within 90 calendar days.
All returns must be in new and unused condition and in original packaging. Soliom LLC reserves the right to refuse a refund for any returns of damaged or used cases. Any refund issued will be for the purchase price only and will not include the initial shipping charges.You may return or exchange your products within 14 days of receiving them. A restocking fee of 15% + all return shipping cost may apply to any returned soliom camera.
Please allow up to 15 business days after receipt of your return for your credit to be issued to the same account used for the original purchase. You will receive an email confirmation of the credit once it has been issued.
All products that were NOT purchased on soliom.net should be returned to the original place of purchase.
Exchanges
If you ordered the wrong product, we encourage you to go onto to our website and order the correct product. At your convenience, please return your incorrectly ordered product in it's original box. In order to return an item to us, contact us at care@soliom.net with your proof of purchase from our website, i.e. your receipt, email order confirmation or order number, and details of the reason for the return. Once we receive your product in good working order, we will process your refund. Soliom LLC will make every attempt to accommodate, but does not guarantee domestic exchange for customer order errors. International exchanges will not be accommodated for customer order errors.
Cancellation Policy
Orders cannot be canceled if they have already been fulfilled.
Dispute Resolution Policy
Soliom LLC agrees to use reasonable efforts and reasonable methods to resolve any disputes or discrepancies that arise regarding your order. As part of the dispute resolution process, you also acknowledge and agree that you as the Authorized User or the Card hold will not initiate any chargeback or claim procedure with our Merchant Bank or your creditor without first contacting Soliom LLC and providing us the opportunity to resolve the claim or dispute, even if we were ultimately unable to provide a resolution.
