Soliom.net accepts orders 24 hours a day, every day of the week. Orders are processed in the order they are received and expedited shipping orders, such as Priority and Express shipping, are elevated in priority to meet the delivery deadline. All orders are shipped from our warehouses. Soliom ships to Worldwide and follows the standard methods of shipping.

Free Shipping On All Products

  • Soliom offers a Free Shipping on all products.
  • There is a 24 hour processing time on all orders that does not include weekend days.
  • Once the order is shipped, delivery may take 7-20 business days.
  • Canceling items, combining orders, or changing the shipping address, speed, or preference might affect the order's eligibility for Free Shipping.
  • We reserve the right to change or discontinue Free Shipping at any time.

Shipping Procedures

  • After the confirmation of your order, we will send you a shipping confirmation email when all or part of your order is shipped that will include the order tracking number. We will sent a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number for every shipment. You can also track the status of your order anytime by clicking on the Order Tracking link.

Delivering Your Package

  • We process, ship, and deliver packages Monday to Friday.
  • Your order may be delayed if your shipping address is different from your billing address (we use this additional time to help ensure the security of your credit information).

International Order

  • International orders will be delivered in 10 to 20 days -- additional delays may occur during the holidays.
  • Orders shipped internationally may take longer because they pass customs before reaching the final carrier.
