Terms & Policy 2026 

1. WARRANTY POLICY (Limited Warranty)

Strictly Revised to protect Soliom from "Full Replacement" abuse.

SOLIOM 1-Year Limited Warranty SOLIOM warrants to the original purchaser that our products are free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.

• What is Covered: Product defects caused by manufacturing errors.

• What is NOT Covered: Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, unauthorized modification, water damage (unless rated waterproof), or normal wear and tear.

• Resolution: At SOLIOM’s sole discretion, we will either repair or replace the defective unit. Refunds are not issued for warranty claims after the standard return window has passed.

Extended Warranty: To extend your coverage to 2 years, please register your product by emailing care@soliom.net within 30 days of purchase.

2. SHIPPING POLICY

• US Orders: Estimated delivery within 3-7 business days.

• International Orders: Estimated delivery within 7-15 business days.

• Note: Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. SOLIOM is not liable for carrier delays.

Shipping Insurance & Liability (IMPORTANT) To protect your purchase against loss, theft, or damage during transit, SOLIOM offers optional Third-Party Shipping Insurance at checkout.

• With Insurance: If you purchased insurance, please contact the insurance provider directly for immediate resolution of lost/damaged packages.

• Without Insurance (Waiver of Liability): By opting out of Shipping Insurance, you expressly agree that SOLIOM bears no liability for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. The risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier (F.O.B. Origin).

3. RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Here we drastically reduce the risk. Changed 60 days to 30 days (Industry Standard), and inserted the "Final Sale" clause.

30-Day Standard Return Policy (Full Price Items Only) If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible products within 30 days of receipt.

• Condition: Items must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging and accessories. SOLIOM reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria or charge a restocking fee of up to 20% for opened/used items.

• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Initial shipping charges are non-refundable.

• Process: Contact care@soliom.net for a Return Authorization (RA) number. Returns without an RA number will not be accepted.

FINAL SALE & PROMOTIONAL ITEMS (No Returns) Strictly Enforced: All items purchased using a discount code, promotional offer, "BOGO" deal, or marked as "Sale/Clearance" are considered Final Sale.

• These items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

• By purchasing a discounted item, you acknowledge that the standard return window does not apply.

• Exception: To retain return eligibility, items must be purchased at their full, original price.

4. CANCELLATION & EXCHANGE

Order Cancellation Orders can only be canceled within 1 hour of placement or before fulfillment processing begins. Once a tracking number is generated, the order cannot be canceled.

Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. If you ordered the wrong item, please return the unused item for a refund (subject to the policy above) and place a new order for the correct product.

5. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Strengthened to prevent Chargebacks.

By placing an order with SOLIOM, you agree to contact care@soliom.net to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card provider. Initiating a fraudulent or premature chargeback may result in being blacklisted from future purchases and potential legal action to recover losses.
