Why was my credit card payment declined?
Some banks may decline payment authorization for international transactions due to their security policies. If this happens, we recommend to use PayPal as an alternative payment method (we support PayPal for secure and reliable transactions).
When will my oder arrive?
There is a 48 hour processing time on all orders that does not include weekend days. And our delivery time in the United States is typically 3-7 days.
Do you ship worldwide?
We only have local warehouses in the US, Canada, the UK, Germany, and Australia.
For other countries, please allow up to 15 days for delivery.
Are your apps only in English, or are other languages available?
"Soliom Pro" app is available in English, Arabic, Czech, Finnish, French, German, Hebrew, ltalian, Japanese, Polish, Portuquese, Russian, Spanish, Turkish, Vietnamese. As for "Soliom+", it's available in English, French, German, ltalian, Japanese, Russian.
How do I link my soliom pro for my bird feeder? Can multiple people use it at once?
Please make sure you have download Soliom Pro not Soliom+. To add the AI identify function, we make the unique "Soliom Pro" App for the bird feeder camera. You may pair the bird feeder via Bluetooth or scan the app qr code, for a quick guide please visit at https://www.youtube.com/@zhengli4228/videos. One Soliom Pro account can be linked to multiple devices without any restrictions. Each device can be shared with 10-20 clients for free.
Does it need wifi? Does it store data locally?
Yes, they require wifi. Please use a 2.4GHz wireless network. The device does not support 5GHz wireless network. Meanwhile, please set the Wi-Fi authentication method to wpa2-psk or other lower level of the security method. A password is required. Even without a plan subscription, “Soliom Pro” will record the birds videos and store in the cloud for up to 3 days loop recording, and you can extend it by subscription or store them in the free 32GB cardy unlocking new birds in a gamified experience.
How to register 2-year warranty for Soliom camera?
Pls tell us the camera's order number or camera S/N number via care@soliom.net and we will record the camera for a 2-year warranty.
How to get AI Recognition?
We offer one month free storage with AI recognition for all products. After the trial period, continued access to our Bird AI recognition service requires subscription to our paid cloud storage plan. Access the "Soliom Pro" APP -- user--Awareness Service. Scroll the folder tabs to the right and select the Birds Fans Plan. For a quick guide please click here

Best app and crystal clear live feed
The Soliom S600-C10X is as good as it gets, I have another solar panel charging camera and once you get one, you will get more since they can go up anywhere with no wires. Check out the screenshot from the app of my trailer in my back yard and look how clear it is! I'm blown away by how easy the app is and how super clear the image is. Very clear picture even when zoomed in.
I have other cameras by Soliom but liked the ability to zoom in at 10X optical. The setup was easy after I got the sim card installed properly and got a 4G signal from the tower. The full PTZ and zoom feature are very useful and a benefit over other cameras. My video does not do the picture quality justice but it is very clear at a far distance.

I can't stop buying Soliom cameras
This is my 5th Soliom camera. They have proven themselves to be durable and useful. I needed one more to see the other side of my house and inside my carport.
No pre-drilling necessary for small screws like those into wooden surfaces. The solar panels do a wonderful job of charging the cameras. Worth the price.
