• Bird Feeder camera, please click the "APP- user - feedback" to get the APP support. Use a pin/paperclip to press the bird feeder camera reset button near the power button. The bird feeder camera will show online.


• The bird feeder camera is capable of tilting only 30 degrees. It does not need to take the camera out of the feeder. Keep the white color antenna facing upwards. Use the camera to scan the APP QR code to pair the camera.

• Our wif camera can't work with 5G wifi. Pls check the home router's back words.If it shows both 5G wifi WLAN and 2.4 wifi WLAN. Their WLAN name is different. Pls connect the cell phone WLAN to the 2.4G wifi WLAN name first.

(This YouTube free video also shows the correct method for filling the nectar in the BF10 old-style hummingbird feeder frame to solve the leaking problem. The new style feeder frame. It will not need the white rubber gasket.)

The BF10 old-style frame, the top red cover has a white rubber gasket.  If the white leather ring is bent by 1 centimeter, it will also affect the sealing performance.
