Diverse Recording Plan
You can schedule continuous video recording for certain hours. When you set the certain hours recording plan, the security camera can only record triggered videos during the rest of the hours for the day. Or just let it keep as default for 24 hours recording day by day.

How is the Soliom SL800-4G 24/7 recording video stored?
- The whole 24/7 recording videos are stored in a Micro SD card, this LTE cellular security camera supports memory cards from 8G to 256G. (Not included). While inserting a Micro sd card is a must to have the 24-hour recording function
- You can also subscribe to the Cloud service, it's very economical to just record motion-detected videos
- When the camera battery power level drops below 30%, the security camera will switch itself to motion detection mode to record only triggered motions automatically to save power

The Soliom 24-hour solar-powered security camera can work anywhere with a cell tower, with no need electric outlet or Wi-Fi.
Important Notes:
1. Only supports Android or iOS. Does not support computers, Macs, NVR systems, Blue Iris, or any third-party software.
2. Must be installed 8-10ft from the ground for a better view.
3. Only supports connecting to the network via SIM card, not Wi-Fi.
4. SD card is NOT included in the package.
5. Only compatible with the "Soliom+" App. (be careful to distinguish between the SIM card slot and the SD card slot).
Important Note for SIM Card:
1. The virtual cellular SIM card in the package is provided for free, it contains a 300M cellular data package with a limited due date within 30 days after you activate it. If your area cannot find a good signal with the provided SIM card, we suggest you buy another SIM card at the T mobile or AT&T service hall.
2. SIM Card Format: Nano-SIM(4FF) 0.48x0.35x0.026 inch (included)
3. US Network Operator: T-Mobile, AT&T (Prepaid Data Plan Recommended), also compatible with Verizon.
4. The camera is suitable for use in North America, Canada, Mexico, and Australia (EU version). The rest of the countries buy the EU version camera. Such as Germany, the UK, Asian countries, etc. The camera does not suitable for African countries.

Returns for a Refund
If you are not fully satisfied with your Soliom, your product may be returned for any reason within 90 calendar days.
All returns must be in new and unused condition and in original packaging. Soliom LLC reserves the right to refuse a refund for any returns of damaged or used cases. Any refund issued will be for the purchase price only and will not include the initial shipping charges.You may return or exchange your products within 14 days of receiving them. A restocking fee of 15% + all return shipping cost may apply to any returned soliom camera.
Please allow up to 15 business days after receipt of your return for your credit to be issued to the same account used for the original purchase. You will receive an email confirmation of the credit once it has been issued.
All products that were NOT purchased on soliom.net should be returned to the original place of purchase.
Exchanges
If you ordered the wrong product, we encourage you to go onto to our website and order the correct product. At your convenience, please return your incorrectly ordered product in it's original box. In order to return an item to us, contact us at care@soliom.net with your proof of purchase from our website, i.e. your receipt, email order confirmation or order number, and details of the reason for the return. Once we receive your product in good working order, we will process your refund. Soliom LLC will make every attempt to accommodate, but does not guarantee domestic exchange for customer order errors. International exchanges will not be accommodated for customer order errors.

Soliom LLC agrees to use reasonable efforts and reasonable methods to resolve any disputes or discrepancies that arise regarding your order. As part of the dispute resolution process, you also acknowledge and agree that you as the Authorized User or the Card hold will not initiate any chargeback or claim procedure with our Merchant Bank or your creditor without first contacting Soliom LLC and providing us the opportunity to resolve the claim or dispute, even if we were ultimately unable to provide a resolution.
